The point of the voice message is to be creative with what you're going to say and make sure you understand a few points: i) make it seem like you were thinking of her (it makes her feel special) ii) say things about your past conversations so she knows you were listening to her iii) there is a reason why you're calling her... And, if you're having issues smiling, watch a funny clip on the internet that makes you laugh and then call her right then and there.
